Every block offered for a color makes the exact same pixel, so your pick only changes what you mine and haul. The green one is the cheapest to break and get back with your tools. Click another block to override it, or × to drop the color.

The zip holds a minecraft folder. Put that folder inside your world's data folder, so the maps land in data/minecraft/maps, then /give @p filled_map[map_id=0]. No blocks are placed, so block and teardown settings don't apply.

Every schematic is one row taller than the picture. That row along the north edge, the noobline, keeps the top row of the map the right shade.
